Raffle Terms and Conditions

• The raffle is open to anyone 18 years or over.

• Tickets must be purchased online on the Black Diamond Limousine LLC website at https://valentines.bdlslc.com/.

• Black Diamond Limousine LLC accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete or unpaid for.

• To enter fill in your details as directed on the web page and make the appropriate payment.

- Tickets are $5 each

• Black Diamond Limousine LLC will send verification of each ticket purchased to the email address provided by the purchaser.

• All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place multiple times with the final drawing on February 28 2023.

• The draw will occur at Black Diamond Limousine LLC, by random draw from a bucketful of tickets, one per ticket sold, by a Black Diamond Limousine member in the presence of at least two other witnesses.

• The first one (1) entrie(s) drawn will be the winners, in the order first drawn wins first prize and so on.

• The prizes are:

1. VIP Valentine's Day VIP Package (Approximately $1500 in Value)

- Pickup in Limo & Limo Ride (2 Hour Max - Approximate $320 Value)

- Romantic Dinner for Two (Approximate $300 Value)

- Night @ Grand America Hotel (Approximately $300 Value)

- Breakfast Buffet @ Grand America Hotel (Approximate $150 Value)

- Limo Ride Home (2-Hour Max - Approximate $320 Value)

- PLUS Misc. Limo Perks (Approximate $120 Value)

• Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or COVID-19 restrictions, Black Diamond Limousine LLC, in collaboration with the prize donors, reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value.

• The winners will be notified via phone and email when they are drawn.

• The winners must acknowledge their raffle win within 2 days of Black Diamond Limousine LLCs sending notification, to receive their prize voucher. If the prize is not acknowledged after this time, it will lapse and Black Diamond Limousine LLC reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.

• All prizes will be distributed, so if a redraw is required it will occur on February 28 2023 by random draw, one per ticket sold, by a Black Diamond Limousine member in the presence of at least two other witnesses.

• The winners must contact the applicable prize donor to arrange the timing of their experience and abide by the terms and conditions of the prize donor.

• The winners may be published on Black Diamond Limousine LLC’s website.

• The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the raffle. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by Black Diamond Limousine LLC for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.

• The winners agree to take part in reasonable post draw publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.

• Black Diamond Limousine LLC may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Black Diamond Limousine LLC’ sole opinion) or who, in Black Diamond Limousine LLC’ sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating ticket sales, hacking, deceiving or cheating.

• By entering the raffle each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The promoter is Black Diamond Limousine LLC, of Salt Lake City, Utah.

• These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the ACT Government’s Lotteries Act 1964.
